Meet the Owner – Marcus Gill
After graduating high school, I joined the United States Marine Corps and served in the Infantry, including a deployment to Afghanistan. After completing my service, I transitioned into the construction industry — where I discovered my passion for operating heavy equipment.
Over the last decade, I’ve worked my way from equipment operator, to foreman, to superintendent, and now owner/operator of McGill Excavation.
With over 20,000 hours on the controls and experience across residential, commercial, and municipal projects, I bring precision, discipline, and a no-nonsense work ethic to every job site.
